- "The overall structure works well, but…"
- 提意见时用 "One thing I've noticed is…"
These figures are useful, but we need…"

*以下对话根据 englishlessonviaskype.com 列出的真实反馈句型改写而成的示范场景,不是逐字对话原文。*
A:I've finished the first draft of the client proposal — could you take a look?
B:The overall structure works well, but I think we need a little more detail on the pricing section.
A:Sure, what exactly is missing there?
B:These figures are useful, but we need a breakdown by service type before we can send it out.
A:Got it. Anything else?
B:One thing I've noticed is the summary at the start doesn't match the numbers later on. It would really help if you aligned those two.
A:That makes sense — I'll fix both and send you the updated version this afternoon.
A:明白了。
|---|---|---|
| The overall structure works well, but… | 先肯定整体,再引出具体问题,避免一开口就否定对方的工作 | "The overall structure works well, but the conclusion feels rushed." |
| I like the general direction. One thing I'm not sure about is… | 用"整体方向对"缓和语气,再具体点出不确定的地方 | "I like the general direction. One thing I'm not sure about is the timeline." |
| One thing I've noticed is… | 客观陈述观察到的问题,听起来是描述事实而不是批评人 | "One thing I've noticed is the report is missing a source for these numbers." |
| It would really help if… | 把"你应该改"换成"这样会更好",语气从命令变成建议 | "It would really help if the slides had page numbers." |
| These figures are useful, but we need… | 针对数据/报告类反馈,先肯定已有内容,再说明还缺什么 | "These figures are useful, but we need last quarter's numbers for comparison." |
| Could I mention one thing that I think would help? | 对上级/资深同事提反馈前先征得对方同意,显得更有礼貌 | "Could I mention one thing that I think would help with the presentation?" |
| The main issue was… Next time, I'd suggest… | 事后复盘时用,先指出问题所在,再给具体的下次改进方向 | "The main issue was the deadline was too tight. Next time, I'd suggest starting a week earlier." |
- "…, but…"
- "It would really help if…"
